‘I want to build/develop/improve a digital App possibly mobile, so where to start?’
First of all you will have to learn and reflect on assessing the reasons, the right questions, the needs and whether you are building or improving a new App or that your overall objective in doing so is to improve the customer experience in the new digital space. Make sure you are aware that this project should be linked to a possible business plan and be aware that this requires an entrepreneurial creative mindset. In addition, sustainability and corporate social responsibility are criteria which should be taken into account as part of the strategy of the organisation and the app.
Critically analyse the e-commerce environment and create a digital strategy for a chosen company.
