Public policy analysis – Report Plan

Report Plan need to include:
a) Policy on ownership of Pets in Singapore (forces on dogs pleases), and identification of the specific policy (200 words)
b) An outline of the way the policy for constructs the issue as a problem, e.g. (little public places in singapore allows dogs) (200 words)
c) a provisional outline that explained your analytical framework (200 words), (must link to Debra Stone’s article, must link to one of the model,1, Kingdon,J.W 1995, 2. Sabatier,P.1988, 3. Anthony Downs, 1972)
d) a breakdown of sections that demonstrate how you will analyse the policy (100 words)
e) list of reference list
