In my reflective essay, I will be using the Rolfe Reflective Framework for the development of my academic argument as well as introducing the counterarguments of my academics. The reflective key benefits of the Rolfe model are that it is related to clarity and simplicity. The tools of any reflective essay need to be accessible and useful to me for the production of meaningful outcomes, and a simple model like the Rolfe model can possibly support that.

As per my personal resilience, the score of my overall resilience is quite high and this leads to the fact that I am quite resilient. This is considered to be indicating myself, my limitations as well as the things that I can tackle. According to the score, I enjoy myself in terms of sorting out challenges and addressing events. I have the tendency of bouncing back from the challenges and look out for positivity with adversity. My coping with challenge score is in the middle range and that implies that I am in possession of effective methods in terms of change management; however, it is tested sometimes. This has the possibility of reducing my performance in the work due to increased stress; however, it can be kept in check on a regular basis. I scored high in problem-solving and this means that I like facing problems that can be solved by me. I am quite good at solving problems and challenges and quite enjoy the heightened energy I am given by it. I scored high on the scale of self-confidence implying that I am self-confident have the knowledge and can also deal with most of the situations in a manner of positivity and helpful as well. I also scored quite high on the scale of working with others and support networks implying that am quite confident in terms of both interactions as well as the support I get from others. I see the benefits of sharing my stress with the people I work with.

Consistent behaviour is considered to be the key to the establishment of good relationships at work, along with the creation of an atmosphere that is creative, calm, as well as productive n terms of the workplace. Inconsistency is considered to be a tendency of flipping between aggressive behaviour and assertive behaviour or aggressive behaviour and passive behaviour will lead to distrust between me and my colleagues, and thus, I may find people starting to neglect me. I have scored in the middle scale in terms of passiveness, and thus I am sometimes passive. People who are occasionally passive are considered to be bottling up the emotions, allowing resentment for building until they burst and flip into aggression. I can start through the explanation of the things that I want from a specific circumstance. I have also scored in the middle range in terms of aggression, and I am thus over emotional in terms of expectations that I need that are to be met. I can have the awareness that people may be varying a great deal in their appetite for disagreements, so as per the tips I should be careful not for making them feel uncomfortable.

Thus, as per the score, I have the ability to have a good grasp of the basics of sound decision-making, although the improvements to my process, along with the approach helping me in making betterment in decisions with more confidence. As per my emotional stability, I have scored in the middle range and that implies that I am likely to cope with stress and pressure and still have effectiveness. I can be doing quite well as a manager, and having a balance of the sensitivity required for working with others with the tough approach is in requirement sometimes. I have also scored middle range in conscientiousness and high in terms of openness.
