Scenario
You are an employee at Almond Tree Residential Centre for adults with learning disabilities. The Senior Management Team (SMT) has recently requested all staff should attend mandatory training on Principles of Health and Social Care practice as part of Continuing Professional Development within the organisation. Following the completion of training, you are required to prepare a reflective report which is submitted to your manager by Dec 5th. The report should relate to Almond Tree and must address the following areas:
● How principles of support are applied to ensure that individuals are cared for in Health and Social Care practice.
● Explain and evaluate the impact of policy, legislation, regulation, codes of practice and standards on organisation policy and practice
● Explain and analyse theories that underpin health and social care practice
