November 13, 2021Research Proposal – Factors Affecting Profitability in Retail Sector Australia
November 13, 2021Executive Summary
The current report discusses the protection of children by implementing the cloud-based solution whose complete focus is on this as it is an NGO for this act. This connects with various branches that are located in various locations. With the help of a cloud-based system, the areas that are focused are the administration in the remote, management of SLA and the management belonging to resources where the overall reports talk about. The reflection on the resilience application, recovery from the disaster and the backup features that are operated through cloud-based solutions of the CP NGO is also reported.
Introduction
It has been noticed from the past few years that IT globalization is rapidly increasing along the process in the organization and the improvement in the efficiency. The various activities in the organization are managed with the help of solutions that are IT-based. For instance, the major IT solutions include the DBMS, CRM system and the ERP where a huge number of human resources is managed along with the organizational clients. The factors that are inbuilt in the IT solution based system are the security of the data, maintaining the integrity of data, and providing scalability and compatibility which makes sure that the data connection is secured. These factors play an important role among all the parties it may be two or many. There are various IT-based solutions available but among all those cloud-based solutions is the best and significant IT solution and their accessibility are also quite easy (Colombo et al., 2014). The reliability of the cloud-based solution is good and is very cost-efficient to maintain the data integration effectively. As per scenario that is based NGO of child protection which is located in Sydney is interested in developing a cloud-based solution that is secured from corresponding the daily activities. The activities that are related to payroll by getting connected with their two more branch offices are planned. In this report, specifically the cloud-based solution designs and the implementation with regards to the NGO of child protection is focused (Ficco, Palmieri & Castiglione, 2015).
Evaluation of the need for remote administration, resource management and management of SLA
From the scenario that is given the cloud-based system for child protection should get connected with the three main branches which include Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne so that the activities that are operated daily can be shared and also the information related to the payroll. The system in the organization should be planned in such a way that it can be operated distantly from anywhere and can access it by the employees and all the workers. The system that is currently followed includes the operations that are performed on daily basis with the help occurring from the data exchange dropbox medium (Ferris & Red, 2014). The data that is essential has to be shared by the managers in the organization and the information related to the payroll system with the head office. As the members in the organization are increasing in a continuous manner such as employees and other staff the system that is manually operated in the organization is becoming a difficult task. The data that is processed through a manual system is quite slow and chances of causing errors are high with such huge handling of data.
Consideration of application resilience, backup recovery as per the data file exchange and payroll services
According to the case study of child protection, the resources would be released from the organization which is helpful in improving the employee’s efficiency. The solutions that are designed to take place are having an impact (Ghosh, Hassan & Galib, 2016).
Dropbox for sharing the files: As the system is enhancing the employees should get bound to the time as everything in the style system works with the time. The constant problem that is bothering me is the issue related to synchronization. Some situations arrive in such a way that a file that is common would be required by various clients at the same time for their usage (Hsu et al., 2015). In such situations, a cloud server can be used where data is found to get synchronized in a correct manner. By this data duplication that is the occurrence of data twice at the same place can be avoided. Rather it will share the data by increasing its velocity through which the time of the staff is also saved (Helo et al., 2014).
The entire data is not accumulated by the head of the departments manually and is not possible to send the whole data in one night. Because of the errors that occurred the data that is sent would be delayed so it should be ruled out. For demonstrating the payroll by the in-charge in Sydney it is enabled by this (Low & Chen, 2012). The data can be accessed directly by the customers with the help of cloud computing. So delay in sending the data is eliminated.
Since the organization is an NGO no profits are expected in the company the entire costing is managed by them. The expenses required for the resources to be increased will be maintained by the minimal IT solution for their usage and also for the staff (Motahari-Nezhad et al., 2013). This solution will save time along with the entire cost that is bared which is pricing for the staff is also included.
Services related to exchange and payroll
Since the demand for cloud solutions in the business is high, the providers of the cloud will also proportionally have high demand. Competition has been seen between various providers at a high rate for providing the solutions to the companies that are cloud-based. The demand is high because the data is being shared and also this software of cloud is being extensively used by the organizations as it is benefitting them (Motahari-Nezhad et al., 2013). The costs would get dropped literally if the software of cloud is used for the software that is permitted, the costs of raining and also the budget of administration can be reduced. The net connection is required by the end-user (Low & Chen, 2012). The cloud providers of payroll are numerous in Australia few of them are Optus Cloud Solutions, TAPS etc. These are the vendors that are associated with providing the services of the payroll for the companies at low prices.
Data Backup recovery and resilience
The information can be shared through the cloud-based solution with the help of an internet connection. The service of the cloud-based consists of the application called resilience which is not good as the security for this is not well-developed technology. The hampering of the SLA with vendors of the cloud because of the kind of resilience and the recovery of the backup is being started by the vendors while services are provided to the users. The points that are covered include: the information that is confidential would be accessed by the user without getting the data shared illegally (Helo et al., 2014). For avoiding the trafficking of the data it should be in an encrypted format. The data should be available in high and the planning of maintaining the data should be made in such a way that there are no further operations required when it is needed. Threats that are caused by the net should be protected.
For the recovery of the data backup installation of the cloud-based solution has to be executed. The services of the payroll and the exchange are introduced through which sharing of the client information to him can be enabled properly (Hsu et al., 2015).
Conclusion
The evidence that has been drawn from the study states that the child protection company can use the cloud-based system which can be implemented for data sharing and the exchange of the files with the other members so the efficiency is enhanced. For improving the services of the payroll the child protection company will hire more staff so that the child protection would sustain.
