Task:  Your task is to strategically analyse an organisation with which you are familiar and for which you are able to access publicly-available information in support of the points you make in the assignment.

You are required to write a paper of around 4,000 words (excluding references and appendices) in response to the following question:

1. Undertake (and show) original strategic analysis of your chosen organisation's macro-environment and competitive environment. Using the outcomes of your analysis, identify and describe the three most pressing drivers of strategic change for the organisation, and justify your choice.
2. Undertake (and show) original strategic analysis of your chosen organisation's internal environment and evaluate how well its strategic capabilities will allow it to respond to the three key drivers you have identified in Part 1.

In both parts of your answer you should clearly establish why the drivers, capabilities and leadership challenges you have identified are strategic in nature.
