According to Bondas (2019), it helped to improve the staff’s performance. On the other hand, it increased the level of satisfaction by giving unmeasurable care. The improvement process involved the creativity of the staff, learning ability, and the power of sharing knowledge with the other employees. Mental health was discussed here to know the process of providing personal-psychological care in critical situations (Bondas, 2019). The topic mainly focused on personal care which has a great impact on social well-being. Some ethical considerations were addressed because the strategies of well-being were included in this article. Leader’s behavioral changes were the main factor for the well-being of the patients. They were involved in making emotional attachments to support the patients. The psychological enhancement was needed to grow the performance of the staff. They got satisfaction in doing their work. The staff was able to give strength to the critical patients who were traumatized in the treatment process. However, there were no specific strategies mentioned to change the leadership system.
According to Almeida, et al. (2019), some ways were mentioned by the author to elaborate on the outcomes. If some specific tools were mentioned, it would be helpful to make the changes significantly. The strategies discussed in this article have the potential to apply to develop patient care (Almeida, et al. 2019). The implications have to be done systematically to be impactful. The study can sit on a hierarchy of evidence through its significant way of developing leadership. It helped to decrease the negative circumstances developed in healthcare organizations. The evidence was clear from the database discussed in the article.
