Assignment Brief
You are required to undertake a literature review on leading human behaviours to deliver improved healthcare. Consider its importance in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic and how lessons from leading may contribute to future leadership theory.
The assessment expects you to draw on the material you have studied through the module, using the literature provided together with your own research to consider how healthcare leaders work through the human behaviour to deliver improved health outcomes. You are expected to critically evaluate the literature you are presenting to argue its relevance to contemporary healthcare leadership.
Synthesise and apply knowledge to practice of the factors influencing individual behaviour in organisations.
While this assignment is weighted at 50%, your marks will be out of 100%
