Literature Review
In this assessment task you need to select one of the topics that has been presented in the course. We have covered quite a broad range of themes and issues, and this assessment task is designed to offer you the opportunity to explore an area of interest. You need to include the following in your literature review;
1. Develop a question or thesis statement or guiding question to guide your literature review
2. Ten references relating to your topic that are not included on the topic eReading list
 You may reference readings from the eReading list in addition to your ten new references
3. You can organise your literature review into sub-headings according to main themes that you have identified through your research or that hold particular relevance to your own experiences in this area of leadership.
